Your First Consultation
During your first consultation, we will assess your orthodontic requirements and decide if Invisalign treatment is suitable for your individual situation.
Your personalized treatment plan
In order to efficiently and accurately generate 3D digital images of your teeth, we will use a scanner like the iTero® digital scanning system. After this, we will create a comprehensive treatment plan that details the specific changes your teeth will experience and how long the treatment will last. You will also be able to see the expected movement of your teeth and get a preview of your future smile.
Introducing Your Invisalign Clear Aligners
The aligners you have been given are custom-made using Invisalign's SmartTrack® material, designed for maximum invisibility. Most people won't even notice you're wearing them as they work to straighten your teeth. For optimal results, it is recommended to wear your Invisalign clear aligners for 20 to 22 hours a day. Remember to only remove them during meals, and when brushing and flossing.
Progress
Wearing each set of aligners will slowly and gently move your teeth towards their desired position. You may need to switch to a new set of aligners every week, and it is recommended to have regular checkups every six weeks.
